This has gotten us part way there.
Actually there are two separate videoservice directories videoproducerservice and videoconsumerservice. It does not seem to matter which is run to launch the VIC to participate in the session. I am able to launch RAT and have good bidirectional audio with the group. The VIC however seems to not recognize the incoming video from the group.
