Paul: You can only retrieve the certificate on the machine from which it was requested, in large part because that is where the related private key resides. If you don't see the original request in the certificate manager, it would be easiest to just make another request. Also, as someone else pointed out, if you need the cert in a hurry, you could request an anonymous cert instead (or in addition).
