I have also had this problem. In the registry, the information is stored in \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MBone Applications\common
There appears to be two sets of information to enter - one under *rtpEmail and one under just rtpEmail. I think I remember that one was already filled in but the other did not get done for some reason.
