I have recently (a couple of days ago) installed the Access Grid toolkit 2.2 on a windows 2000 and a windows XP machine. vic on both machines prompt me for an email address every time I go into a venue (I've only tried the default venue so far) as in the attached screen grab. Despite what it says, I don't have any Software\Vic entry in the registry on either machine. In both cases this is when logged on as administrator. If I go into the venue as a non-administrator user it doesn't pick up the rtpName, so this seems to be stored somewhere that is only readable (let alone writeable) by administrator.
The is using the Video Service, having removed the VideoConsumer service. Any suggestions as to how I can get it to remember my email address?
