A patch for vic/video/grabber-video4linux.cpp (from vic's source code), which fixes the problems can be found at: http://www.itee.uq.edu.au/~agn/ag_fedora/FC2/unstable/patches/ A pre-built version of vic (built on FC2) which includes the fix can be found in vic.tar.gz in the above URL.
