Adam, I've seen this question a couple times. Yes, this is normal behavior in my experience. You should notice though that all the streams in the VideoProducer VICs muted. I believe this eliminates the bandwith usage that those streams would need, but there still maybe a small amount in order for VIC to know that the stream is still there. I'll let the vic experts chime in here...
