It looks like a problem with PIM on your routers. You get these cyclical failures that follow the update cycles that your routers go through in order to decide when to join a multicast group or prune traffic from a given multicast group.
Greg Bell had a detailed table of Cisco and Juniper IOS multicast bugs related to this kind of behavior, but I can't seem to find them anymore.
