The only info I've gotten that may be related concerned using Cisco CGMP
vs. IGMP snooping on switches connected to edge routers.  Using IGMP
fixed their problems.  I am using a 2950 switch which only supports IGMP
and it is enabled and configured correctly by default.  Haven't gotten
any info from BNL (Tameka) about their configuration.

Another couple of notes, now video is freezing on both sides, but both
sides can join other sessions (the lobby, etc...) with no problems.  The
other point is that we have never had any multicast issues and nothing
in our network has changed.
