or is-name-preferred-over-text?
The former is shorter, but probably not very clear, so probably the latter.

Sorry to be painful, but in discussion with Mick the other day, we were starting to wonder whether explicit-name is a better name for this after all. With is-name-preferred, there is the question of "preferred by what?" In contrast, explicit-name doesn't suggest any preference; it just suggests that the author explicitly defined the name as opposed to it being derived from something else.

If we choose to use a method, is there a preference for isNamePreferred
or isNamePreferredOverText?
The former makes sense if it's being added to IAccessible2. The latter makes sense if it's being added to IAccessibleText.
