Hi :) I have no idea how to submit a funding request nor how to prepare one. Also i have no idea how much a developer-coordinator/supervisor might cost. Is there anyone on the list that might be able to get it together? If not then i guess accessibility is just not going to get any investment. Regards from Tom :)
