Robert,

The master build (currently LODev4.3.0alpha+) has dropped JAB completely and
implements IAccessible2, and
is available in most recent form here:

http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86@39/current/

The LibreOffice 4.2.0 RC2 retains JAB (and its activation methods), and
implements IAccessible2 by selection
Of the "Enable experimental features" checkbox on the Tools --> Options -->
Advanced panel. It is available here:

http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86/

Post if you have specific questions or need help with an issue.

Stuart
