At this point, I would recommend not working with the 4.2 releases if you 
require AT support.

Instead, the first release candidate for LibreOffice 4.3 is available here on 
the mirror network:

Language help files other than Englihs US, are also posted there.

When installed, version 4.3.x forward will activate IAccessible2 based AT when 
an AT  (JAWS for example) is detected in use.
