Infact stray dogs are a mennace for blind people. I believe the Government and other civic authorities should play a more active role in rounding up stray animals. I remember Pranav complaining about dogs in the neighbourhood where he lives in Mumbai. Pranay Gadodia has been bitten by a dog while on his way to the office. I have nearly been bitten when I stepped on a sleeping dog on my path while walking towards my office. I think stray dogs on the loose in public spaces definitely can be classified as an access issue when it comes to the vision impaired. It is a safety hazard.
