Dear Suresh:

Agreed. But, I feel while guide dogs help us, stray dogs pose problems.
In fact, we haven't considered situations where a guide dog is lured
into some sort of 'Barking contest' or into mating by the stray ones.
That case, I think we're in even greater trouble! But, I guess guide
dogs are taught to stay away from such things. Even then, we can't be so
sure!
