Thanks Sameer once again but this didn't solve the problem this time. By doing this, it is pasting only in the cell where I'm standing, it is not dragging for all 60 students. That simply means each time I have to repeat my action. If this be the case, then what is the difference between paste and paste special? Another thing that I would like to ask is that when I convert to 2 decibels, my result comes .1% less than the actual result. However, when in the option, in the calculation tab, I check the box, which says "precision as displayed", then the accurate result comes but before I press the ok button after clearing that box, it says, "all data will permanently lose accuracy!". What does that mean? In my case, instead of losing, it is giving me more precise accuracy, ha ha ha!
