I appreciate the idea of 'Nationa Disability Card' suggested by one of our friends a good idea to introduce. But the problem here is breaking the ice. On individual level we can give our feedback to IRCTC for the same on their site. On group level, one of our friends can put in a word about it in Federational/Organizational agenda to take up the issue with the Govt. appropriately. I hope this will bring wornders one day.
