I am bringing this to the notice of the Chief commissioner Disability. If any one has the address of the relevant person for this in IRCTC, then please do post that on the list so that many persons oculd write to them asking for this facility.

I appreciate the idea of 'Nationa Disability Card' suggested by one of our friends a good idea to introduce. But the problem here is breaking the ice. On individual level we can give our feedback to IRCTC for the same on their site. On group level, one of our friends can put in a word about it in Federational/Organizational agenda to take up the issue with the Govt. appropriately. I hope this will bring wornders one day.
