Hello,
This dates back to my first message on the subject of facilitating reading
of scanned texts as .doc files received in the form of circulars in my
office. As per suggestions posted by Kaja I have tried to 'open & read'
such document with Fine Reader but to fail. The error message that I get
here is pasted hereunder.

The The circular attached which I wanted to scan is 'scan 4'
under DINANATH\TO READ.
