Hi Kiran,

I don't think this problem  is being faced by every airtel broad band user 
using airtelbroadband  ID. I believe our friend from MP Kamal verma is now 
receiving them. Friends encountering such problem may try one thing if it 
works for them. They should add access India in their contact list of their 
mail box. I think it should work. As far as creating IDs on access India is 
concerned, it does not sound practicable  in longer term e-mail IDs  now 
adays is not an unaffordable commodity.
