This is not new for me. When I was in Gujarat the situation was same. The 
cemi luxery buses wouldn't allow us and even some ordinarybus conductors 
also used to make unnecessary discussion.I live in Mumbai but I still carry 
that identity card when I go to Gujarat.with warm regards Dev.
