Also, I think we are too shy to ask for concessions, because we
often feel that will be associated with our blindness. However, I have
seen the so-called able bodied men asking for concessions (in the form
of discounts) in each and everything. Even if no one calls for a
discount sale, these people ask for discounts and push the vender to
such an extant that he is forced to give at least a nominal discount.

I am not advocating this kind of an attitude, but if it's legitimate,
why don't we ask for it. Again, I am not raising this as a rights issue,
but merely examining our attitude towards it.

don't you think that concessions are meant for masses and not for
classes 
like some of us who can really afford to manage without concessions and
if 
we start a discussion that leads to a concession free world; we are

cause a big loss to our less fortunate brotherens!
