Hi Muffi, This is rather a common problem. Though it is not the best solutions but it works for me. I do control + m (send & receive command) after receiving two copy of same message. Sometimes ctrl+m does not work but I keep on doing it till it works. Matter of fact, I did this today also. Hope this helps. Asif
