I have 3 email accounts configured in Outlook Express - Bluebottle, Gmail & Hotmail. I am facing the problem of double messages in only Hotmail.
Once I finish downloading, I close Outlook Express and then restart it. The second copy in the Hotmail Inbox dissappears and only one copy remains. See if it works for you.
