Hello Harish,
Thanks a lot for all yr invaluable suggestions.  I would like to tell u that
normaly I've only MS WORD,JAWS & sometimes OUTLOOK EXPRESS open at one time.
I'll definately try to avoid abnormal shut down, but I can't replace MS WORD
with WORD PAD due to certain unavoidable reasons.
Now Please let me know, What does Disk Defrag means &  How Do I perform Disk
Defrag?
Also please guide me as to How do I Do scandisk using the thorough option ,
where will I find the the thorough option?
