I have also an account with icici bank. it is true that the Delhi office of
the bank initially refused to open the account on the grounds that there was
a slight difference in my signatures. but on my insistence, my case was sent
to the head office in Mumbai and they cleared the case. today, I have a
d-mat and brokerage account also with the same bank and I am also using the
internet banking facility.
better send your case to the head office in Bombay. the Delhi authorities of
the Bank are a bit reluctant to open the account of a visually challenged
person.
Regards.
