if it is on any web site, then you should try without jaws, if solved, then 
the problem is with jaws component for internet explorer, and if after 
trying it without jaws and you still get the error, then the problem is with 
your  copy of internet explorer.

however such errors do uccore due to problems in java scripts on certain 
websites or sometimes with flash. But since you said on any website, then I 
assume the problem may be jaws or internet explorer.
