Well, this is the LG Company who have included a special chip in the mobile phone which will read books but do a lot more. A network for delivering the books has been created where a lot of books are available online. When person with blindness presses the library button on the mobile phone he/she will get into the online library and gets identified automatically. Now this member could download the book and read it or even read the book directly from the server.
Thus getting the phone itself will not help. The cost of the phone is also in the range of 15 to 20 thousand rupees.
