Hi Sameer, What Vijeta says is right. In Tamil Nadu also scribes are being arranged from other streams. Even lecturers and other staff members from the same colleges are being arranged as scribes. In private colleges the visually impaired students are allowed to arrange their own scribes. In that case, the students may take the help from any NGOs.
