Hi friend because I am staying in Bangalore, I am not able to find writer for your friend. This is not only the problem of your friend but also the problem of every visually impaired persons who are going to write the exams. One of my friend told me that visually impaired persons can write their exams in Computers especially in Delhi and abroad. If it is true why can't you approach the principle of that college with rules copy which was given by UGC. We have to approach the education minister and vice-chancellors of various Universities to strictly install computers and implement it for writing the exams. But our NGO's and disabled departments were not atall concentrating on this matters.
