We are not the only people availing concessions there are Freedom fighters, Senior citizens, Students and so on. The rates also vary from category to category of beneficiaries. They also have different proformas of Concession certificates. Therefore at present, it is not feasible for Indian Railways to do that. Unless the railways have a reliable database of all the people who avail concessions which I believe is not possible in the foreseeable future, we cannot expect online reservation with concessional rates.
