The immediate solution is to shut down your system, turn it on and then
eject the CD. Hopefully, it will come out. But the permanent solution, I
think, would be to get your cd drive repaired or replaced.

> Hi all,
> I have a very big problem. When I tried to install a cd this message was
heard "g drive is not accessible. The device is not ready. retry
button. To activate press space bar" When I retried the same message
repeated. After that I closed the application and tried to remove the c d
from the tray. But the tray is not coming out and the c d cannot be
removed. Any solution for this problem?
