Hello friends, We, through a Jaipur based NGO, are planning to submit a representation to Reserve Bank of India, to add more accessibility features in currency notes. As we all know, RBI has incorporated a slightly embossed triangle on the top of 100 Rupee note and a circle on 500 Rupee note.This triangle or circle can be felt on new currency notes of respective denomination.
I invite your valuable suggestions to make currency notes more accessible or identifiable for VIs. What precisely can be done to make currency notes easily identifiable, is there any country which has taken a lead in this area, What is the experience of VIs there, Etc.
