Hi Kanchan, If you are using Outlook Express, you can back up your mail folders as well as the address book using e-backup. This program is probably available on the JFW site. Once you get your laptop back, you can restore the backed up files and you will have your old inbox and all the other Outlook folders intact on your formatted laptop.
