My apologies, I forgot to mention the working timings.
As far as attending phone calls and personal visits is concerned, for the
initial few weeks we will work from 9.45 am to 5.30 pm.
We will remain closed on sundays as of now.
Very soon this service will start working from 9 am to 9 pm.
Please note that if you are interacting via email, then you can expect
response beyond these timings as well since the mails will be tracked at
several places.

Dear Prashant,
This is another good news of a wonderful instigation and endeavor made by
NAB (Delhi.)
I'd be interested to know whether the phone help line will work on Saturdays
and Sundays too.
Has this service been provided for 24x7?
What ar the timings to call to helpdesk.
