hello pushkar, in interview,, it is a discretionary power of management, they never want to promote a blind person, however, you should ask for the kota of handicapped, they have to recrute 3% from handicapped category. so, don't waste your time and take legal advice, you must take action against UBI. while residing at delhi, you are facing such problems, what happedned for those people like us, are residing at small cities and sub urban areas. thanks.
