Tara, Universal where? Do you know if it is written anywhere? I have never got more than 30 mins extra for a 3 hour paper. We must check this out completely. It will be really helpful. I would have stood first in all my exams if I had had more time to finish the paper. If anybody has a circular or any reference please mail it to the group.
