Friends, I found no section for promotion of disabled in PWD Act. We shall join together and fight for it. There are Constitutional provisions for reservation in promotion of ST. & SC employees. We should be provided with such reservation. Further we should be given pre-coaching for promotional test par with other reserved categories.For that we may form an association to ensure the reservation & fight out other issues affecting our careers.
