One can sue, but the airlines, like any other service provider, would
argue that they do things for the best interest of the passengers; in
this case, they may insist escorts for the personal safety of the
passenger who is disabled.

Though the CP act covers certain issues, there isn't anything in it for
persons with disabilities. It is sad that our own PWD fails to address
these things. That is the reason why, I have enrolled for the Ph. D., in
order to bring the focus on to our rights as consumers.
