I feel so this issue has also not touched ever before. It is really a good 
initiative.
If somebody is not comfortable with Braille or Computer. He or hse should be 
allowed to have someone who can type or write for him or her in Braille or 
on Computer and may even be visually challenged.
Because many visually challenged people do not stay with sighted people so 
it is very difficult for them find sighted writer according to their choice. 
If visually challlenged person will be allowed for them then as a scribe 
then their problem will solved.
