No sir, you are wrong. if you have a BSNL or MTNL broadband connection at your telephone line, then you can access any account using the correct username and password, the only condition is that the same username and password cannot be accessed at the same time from two lines simultaneously. Although this system is still continuing, the MTNL officials are in their final stage to close this system, because what people generally do, they have one connection which is of an unlimited nature at their offices and the same connection they use at home too, which is certainly causing a huge revenue loss to the MTNL. once a MTNL SDO himself clarified that to me and he also said that soon this sort of system was going to be done away with.
