Hi Fayaz, I had a similar problem until recently, when I had my phone line checked. Once the phone line was repaired and the noise eliminated, this problem disappeared altogether. In my case, the problem was being caused by excessive crackle in the phone line. If you notice a lot of noise in your phone line, contact BSNL and have the phone line repaired. This should instantly solve the problem.
