I think the problem is in your router or modem which is provided by BSNL.

Hi Friends,

My internet connectivity drops after say every 30 minutes and I'm required
to restart windows. I don't understand if the problem is with the ISP or
windows itself.

If the problem is with windows what steps can I take to fix the problems.
I'm using windows XP and BSNL's dataone connection.
