I feel the competent authority must  thick fence around the pits laid, 
whenever any construction work is being done in a public place.  It is not 
only for VC but also for children & senior citizens. The authority involving 
such issues must be punished. Social conscience must be inculcated among the 
public especially decision makers. I am greatly worried of the  news.
