Hi friends, I want to know if Mr.Prasanna Kumar Pincha of Guwahati has got the final verdict of the high court. if yes, would like to have this order. I knew that the court had passed an interim order in May 06 in favour of Mr. Pincha. Doing an internet search on this matter didn't update me any further.
Would greatly appreciate if anybody can update on the above matter. thanks and regards, Pranay Gadodia, Project Eyeway - A comprehensive information helpdesk on eye & blindness C/o Score Foundation, 125-B, Shahpur Jat, New Delhi - 110 049.
