dear rajesh,
the employment dept of the nab india has already taken up this matter with 
western railway authority.has both these post i.e. telephone operator and 
announcer have been identified for blind by the central government they have 
realised their mistake.the western railway has assured us to issue a 
corriumdum in this behalf however ,they have also requested us to spread the 
word that even totally blind candidates are eligible for this post and can 
send their applications on or before 25th may.
