Manish and others. If the visually challenged are able to do all these things the have we any facilities to train them? I see a situation where the visually challenged are fighting for reservation so that they get the jobs which dont pay as much as these I T Jobs but instead of the organisations working to train them the organisations spend their resources on fighting for reservation. I must clarify here that no one is saying that the organisations should not fight for reservation but they forget to train which is my biggest grouse.
