hello, respected members Nice to see this issue on Access India. I have my account in Punjab national bank. I have requested them to issue me an ATM card and check book. they r saying that these service are not available for a visually challenged person. tell me what to do next to over come this major problem. thanks in advance Rahul Gambhir
