hi Tilak,
Here is a very easy method.
1. open the txt file in notepad.
2. navigate each line of the text file by left/right arrow.
3. type the tab key where you need a column in excel. (Tab spacing in
text file means next column in excel).
i.e. In a excel; the phrases separated by a tab spacing in a txt file
will be placed in a column and the next portion separated by a tab
spacing will automatically be pasted in next column.
4. Type Enter where you want a next row in excel (next paragraph means
next row in excel).
For example: In a text file, if you type as follows;
name Tab spacing address tab spacing phone tab spacing email and paste
it in excel; the word name will be in the first column, the word
address in second column, the word phone in third column and the word
email in the fourth column.
Hope it helps.
