Dear Mr. Ali, Please visit the Thane civil hospital with your son's old certificate, ID and Address Proofs, together with 2 photos. Reach early say around 7 A.M. in order to get things done in one visit. And tell the reception that you need to renew his certificate. This is only done on Wednesday.
I don't know the whole process for Thane. If you are asked to fill an appointment form, then ensure that you get the form of the same date otherwise you will have to visit once again.
