This certificate was made in 2005. I have been asked to submit details or the new certificate within three days.I live in Nerul area in Navi Mumbai. I have following queries,1 Which hospital should I go to get the new certificate made? I have been given divergent opinion. One person said I should visit JJ hospital and the other person said I should go Thane. I am not sure. As it has to be made this week, I want confirmation on that.2 What documents should I carry for the same?3 Is there any emergency arrangement also for making such certificate ans it has to be submitted within three days. I would greatly appreciate guidance on this.
